Decided to get some work started on the LS. Pulled the seats out. Vacuumed the car inside and out. Pulled the front bumper and headlights off. How I can shampoo the carpet real good and makes it easier to run new power wire to the trunk for the amp and twin OB2 compressors.

After a year of sitting under a car cover in the garage. Pulled it out to do an assessment on what parts I needed to get the air ride on and get it driveable.

I gave them a chance to buy it. Everyone was sleeping so copped this smart key push start system. Thanks for the hookup @ls_vance love the box it came in.
 

Vince bought this for his LS and never used it and offered it forsale and his Canada buyer never sent payment and was sitting in front of UPS and asked if I wanted it.  So I bought it. LOL.  Upgrading to no keys…

This was posted on the LS400 group on Facebook that I’m apart of the admin team.

-June 8th I decided to spend $570.45 and order Serial Nine UCF20 front upper control arms.

-June 12th I received an email saying it’s back ordered and the next run is in 4 weeks.

He stated “If that time frame wont work for you please let me know and we will figure it out”

I replied “no rush, just collecting parts for my build”

-July 8th I email “any update on the next batch?
The reply “These wont be ready to ship out for at least another 4 weeks. If this time frame will not work for you i can issue you a full refund.”
I replied “Yikes 4 weeks. I’ll take the refund since I could use the funds to buy some other things. I’ll probably get the arms from ya later when they are instock.”

-July 29th “Any idea on when ucf20 uca will be ready to ship?”

-August 5th Its been 53days since the email on June 12th. almost 8 weeks. No email of a refund. No email on status of arms.

I’m not a nagging customer. This has been my experience so far. If you plan to order from them I highly suggest you email them first. If I would have known I’d been waiting this long with the lack of customer service I would have bought expensive arms from Japan or talked to Figs about making some. I’ll shoot at email in the morning and see if I get a reply in 48 hrs of the email. If not I will be disputing my Paypal transaction.

*Update* Got an email. They are in the middle of production of items but after they weld the probably send them out to get coated. Guesstimated time 3 weeks or more. They offered refund. and I replied I’d like refund.

Picked these up from JDM land not to long ago. Debating about selling or keeping. They are pretty nice though!

Ordered in a polish that amazed me when the bottom of a soda can got polished just by hand.  The UCF10 paper weight got even more shiny.  Hopefully this will make the billet grill bling even more!
