Seriously.. When it comes to running a business.\u00a0 Business is business… Don’t fuck around.\u00a0 Its not fun and games..\u00a0 For the past 3 years I just sat here and watched how operations went,\u00a0 Who is serious, who knows what they are doing, and who knows what they are talking about. Not to say any names but.\u00a0 A poorly managed business will fall quickly.\u00a0 If the employees arent happy then the business has no one to work.\u00a0 That equals no income for the business.\u00a0\u00a0 But seriously its kind of too late to turn this place ar0und with out bending over backwards even more.\u00a0 $6k creditline here, $10k creditline there, $5k creditline at that store, $2k creditline at the other store…\u00a0 Loan for a building, Loan for other things.. thats easily $60-100k in debit.\u00a0 To make money you MUST spend money.\u00a0 Now, the world revloves around credit.\u00a0 If you dont have good credit they wont trust you with giving you credit lines.. Well, kinda to late for that huh?\u00a0Fucked that all up. Poorly managed business.\u00a0 If a business is a Corporation it can claim bankruptcy and it wouldnt affect the owner… The owner takes a big loss in what was put into the business thats it.\u00a0 So you either find some one to run the business right or you close it down.\u00a0 Simple as that.\u00a0 Business’ make it or break it in the\u00a0first two years.\u00a0\u00a0 The 4th year starts next year.\u00a0 Its still struggling..\u00a0 Did it seriously take 3 years for\u00a0 me to have full control of this hell hole?\u00a0 To save a family business?\u00a0 Just because I was 20-21-22 almost 23 now does that make me not mature or smart enough to run a business?\u00a0 Its kind of fucked up if you ask me.\u00a0 The youth is the future why didnt I get my chance before?\u00a0 I didn’t move out here for nothing so now that I have full control Its my turn to make this shit work because Im planning to make a six-figure income. Kind of fucked up if you ask me.\u00a0 I just had 2 interviews, 2 assesment test passed and\u00a0wanted to interview,\u00a0two offered to hire and\u00a0Garmin wanted\u00a0an interview.\u00a0\u00a0 Thats fucked up that i turned down opportunity to do something\u00a0I want to do.\u00a0\u00a0The reason why I came down here.\u00a0 It was a dream.. And now its a hell hole.\u00a0 Its fucked up.\u00a0 But anything is possible if you put your mind to it.\u00a0 I\u00a0finally have my chance even though it in the\u00a0hole!\u00a0\u00a0Off the top of my head it would take about 2-3 years to get this place running\u00a0properly enough to ware\u00a0I my self can make\u00a0a six-figure income.\u00a0 For now Id probably have to settle for $20k-30k income.. so by the time about 26-27 I should be making a six-figure income.\u00a0 If\u00a0I turn this place around.\u00a0 my\u00a0goal is to make a six-figure income before 30.\u00a0 Im still on track.. I have the opportunity lets see if its possible.\u00a0 For the people that know me and heard the words out of my mouth about making sixfigs and the ideas and thoughts behind my dream… Its possible but lets see it in action.. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The fucked up thing is half the shop space is rented out to a family member.\u00a0 They do granite fabrication and installation.\u00a0 They make easily $500-2k profit on each job.\u00a0 They are supposed to pay $1800 rent and half the utilities.\u00a0 They use more light and more water their heater is on more too.\u00a0 They’ve been here since late october.\u00a0 Paid rent once.\u00a0 not utilities.\u00a0 Is $2000 to much for rent for one month and utilities for 2 months? if your rent is $1800 to begin with?\u00a0 Most companies require a deposit and first month rent first.\u00a0 Rent is usually due on the 1st of the month for that months rent.. I threw a pad lock on their door because they didnt pay rent… Is that wrong? If the full amount of $2kish was promised on a day. It should be there.. If not let it slide for a day or two..\u00a0 But then after that day or two.. Oh we’ll have it thursday another 6 days later..\u00a0 Thursday roll around havent seen any of their works in 4 days… No body pays.. I put a pad lock on it.\u00a0 Im sure they cried about it.. I was told to unlock it so i unlocked it.\u00a0 If they dont have the money by the 1st of january 08\u00a0 Im putting a pad lock on the door and not opening it till they pay their current balance and if they want to stay $1800 for januarys rent and when the utilites come in they must pay that too and have a check ready.\u00a0 They have money I dont see why they are fucking around.\u00a0 Business is Business.. One of their employee always says hes pissed off cause he does alot of fabrication and gets paid shit.\u00a0 Thats a problem.\u00a0 Employee not getting paid enough and alot of income is coming in? and not paying rent? Some body needs to get kicked out.\u00a0 The overhead for this building is about $5,000 a month..<\/p>\n

I can make $5,000 a month.. Just gotta spend money out of my own pocket and do things I want to do that brings in income.. The “core of the business” You dont look at how much debt you have and stress about it. You think about how much money is to be made out there and how to do it..
